Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
RAG combines a retriever model that finds documents with a generator model to create responses.
Large Language Model (LLM)
LLM is an AI algorithms that utilizes deep learning and vast data to comprehend and create content.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
AI simulates human cognition, enabling machines to learn, solve problems, and make decisions.
How do we work?
The JDD Lab has two parts, and the two parts interact to help us achieve the Lab’s goal:
Research Engine
We collect, process and analyze data to provide evidence-based information to improve access to justice.
Prototyping
Based on evidence from the research engine, we build prototypes that help people resolve their problems.
